Hardcover, 908pp. This book came from the estate of Jeane Dixon, famous American psychic and astrologer. Binding is tight. Pages are bright, crisp, and clean. Fold-out map of Harlem from 1879 is present and in mint condition. Very nice frontispiece of James Riker with tissue guard. James Riker was the author of this book, and a well known New York historian and geneaologist. Tan cloth boards have title stamped in gold on spine. Boards are bright and unfaded with some very light soiling and virtually no wear. An excellent copy of this rare book. We ship daily.
